Trips & Residentials
Throughout the year, children will enjoy a range of enriching educational visits that bring their learning to life. In the autumn term, they will take part in an exciting workshop with Ranger Stu, who will introduce them to animals from the rainforests around the world. During the spring term, children will complete a local field study to support their science learning about rocks and visit the local church to explore Christian festivals, celebrations and parables, building on their RE learning. In the summer term, pupils will visit Stowe to develop their artistic skills through observational drawings of its impressive architecture.
Residential visits can provide children with great opportunities to learn and grow, as well as to develop their independence. Bushfield offers a residential visit in each year group. They start simple in Year Three, with a one night sleepover at Safari MK.
